Who processes my reports?
Malta Police Force members process your reports.

How long does it take to process my report?
Initial processing will commence within three working days. However, due to the individuality of each report , no timeframe can be assigned for the completion of the report processing.

How can I check the status of my report?
Please click here and enter the password you have set whilst compiling the report.

Can I lodge a report catered by this system at my local Police Station?
Yes.

Am I guaranteed the confidentiality of any information I give to the Malta Police Force?
Information and the sources supplying it are undisclosed and kept confidential unless it is so required during court proceedings.

How can I check if any item I have lost has been found?
A list of items found but not claimed is published as part of the Government Gazette periodically. Should you have lost something in a particular area, please call the areas Police Station to check if it has been delivered there.

I have lost my report password. Can you send it back to me?
Unfortunately we cannot at this stage send you your password for security reasons. Please re-enter the report and make a note in the description field that you had already entered the report but could not remember the password. Please note that if the report is in substance different from the previous one, you shall be called to the station to confirm your report.
